I absolutely HATE using heat on my hair! In fact, I can hardly sit under the dryer! The process makes me hot and uncomfortable! Flat ironing, curling, blow drying, whatever it may be, I CANNOT stand it.

In any case I know the dangers of too much heat on the hair and will proudly say that I will never be a regular user of heat except when I occasionally use my blow dryer to help make my roots more manageable or when I sit under the dryer on certain wash days.
